Zoe puppet:
Zoe final puppet turnaround. Responsible for all but costume.
mechanical and concept drawing drawn by director and used for sculpt reference. Sculpt is 13 inches tall.
Zoe was sculpted in NSP clay on top of a wire armature for stabilty. A mock costume was then draped over her sculpt to check final anatomy.

Zoe Head:
Final Zoe head with replacement faces and lids.
Initial testing in camera to see how anatomy was working in basic lighting.

Replacement expressions fabricated for Zoe.

Eyeballs molded and cast with a resin outer shell.
Face masks cast and sculpted with expression swaps, held together with magnets.
Zoe Hair:
Final Zoe wig.
vacuuformed wig cap with clay sculpt and molded to be screwed to head and removable for easy access.

Separate buns and hair pieces custom made to port into wig cap.
wig parts assembled and bangs trimmed/styled using a heated rod.

Final Frame from Symbiotic with knife model rigged to puppet for animation. Responsible for scenic painting of cutting board
Knife based off of vintage 1950s vegetable knives and made out of carved aluminum with a painted handle. Wire added for rigging to the puppet.
