Grand Budapest Hotel
Lighting study aiming to replicate the Bokeh effect created in a shot from Wes Anderson's "The Grand Budapest Hotel." I made my own lighting cookie with varying colored gels to resemble the colors from the original shot. By adjusting the aperture and shining a light through my cookie, the bokeh effect was made.
Lighting plot for the study with specs on the intensity and temperature of all of the lights used.

Citizen Kane
Lighting study aiming to replicate the lighting effect created in a shot from Orson Welles "Citizen Kane." I added a sheer sheet of fabric between the puppets and the lights to create the hazy look similar to the original shot.
Lighting plot for the study with specs on the intensity and temperature of all of the lights used.
Sheer curtain used as a diffusion to create the "haze" light effect and light scatter.
