Ghostbuster's Terror Dog


Responsible for fiberglass mold and core. Final assembly and paint touch ups.



West systems epoxy and fiberglass sheets tapped over sculpt in layers. Mold halves were separated by aluminum sheets with keys to create a part line.


After multiple layers of fiberglass sheets are added, mats of thicker fiberglass are applied for stability. Bolts are inserted along part line to hold mold together.


WED clay applied in even thickness to create fiberglass core for future foam/latex skin casting

lower mouth piece attached to fiberglass skull using polyfoam as an adhesive and latex for seaming.




Upper jaw attached with zip ties looped through the latex and fiberglass skull to be removable.


Color matched latex paint for touch up details. Final latex gloss coat applied over entire skin.
Horns bolted through skin into fiberglass skull to allow for removal.






Installed LED light to Terro Dog eyes using velcro and a back plate. Aligned LED bulb with pupil of eye shell.
A Quiet Place's Death Angels


Responsible for Death Angel interior head mold and skin, jaw foam cast, and body latex paint

Painted latex skin palette with feathered edge. Blended to head skin to add a new mouth palette (not responsible for assembly)


Skin used for animatronic installation (not responsible for paint or animatronics




Seaming work on Death Angel parts to blend mold seam with texture of the part. Used various dremel bits to sculpt away the seam and carve new textures.




Latex painted in fiberglass mold in layers, then injected with Flex Foam-It X polyfoam to create jaw piece.

Metal hinge inserted into jaw using polyfoam as an adhesive

Color matched and mixed latex paint for Death Angel bodies. Applied highlight and shadow paint in layers to create final look.




Color matched and mixed acrylic paint for Death Angel head plates. Painted individual plates to match with the body.
